Availability of products and prices in our website and brochure are limited.

Availability of products will be confirmed at the point of sale and once the final invoice is printed (so adding products to your shopping cart is subject to availability)

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

All prices shown in our website and brochure are indicative (prices could differ at the point of sale) and exclusive of VAT, the VAT will be added at point of sale where it’s applicable.

Shortage must be noted in the presence of our driver, the driver must sign to confirm the shortage.

You can pay by bank transfer before or by card on delivery, our delivery drivers carry portable GPRS chip & pin card terminal.

RETURN POLICY:

We only accept returned goods in their original packaging unopened.

Please double check the size and all aspects of pizza pan, equipment, mixers before ordering, as to refund or return any equipment there will be a 30% restocking fee and delivery charges!

We do not accept wet or damaged goods claimed to be from our previous deliveries, you must check all items in presence of our driver before accepting your delivery; damaged goods only can be accepted for return if returned at the time of delivery.

Frozen goods will only be accepted for return if returned at the time of delivery. For health and safety, we will not accept any frozen/chilled goods from previous deliveries.
